Top seed Carlos Alcaraz has advanced to the fourth round of the Miami Open with a 6-2, 6-4 victory over Gael Monfils. Alcaraz, who is seeking to achieve the Sunshine Double, will face Italy's Lorenzo Musetti in the round of 16 on Tuesday.
Alcaraz, the reigning US Open champion, dominated the match, breaking Monfils' serve three times and saving three of the four break points he faced. The Spaniard's serve was also impressive, winning 84% of his first serve points.
